Each topic specific Alpha Report follows a consistent table of contents outline. This content can be segmented into; Voice of the Advisor, Marketplace Intelligence, Organization Design, Enterprise Process Management, Delivery Planning and Continuous Improvement Toolkit.
Common Sense Format
Each Alpha Report page contains three sections. Section 1, an embedded chart with content specific to the Report topic (this chart can be found in the Report appendices). Section 2, chart takeaways intended to translate theory into common language. Section 3, Anderson Consulting commentary offering our perspective of chart content relevance.


Scalable Process Management
These Report sections focus on three interrelated levels of process management including enterprise, function and role definition. Supporting each referenced level are supporting deliverables including; organization design, team design, process and measurements definition.
Delivery Plan & Monitoring
Supporting each specific Alpha Report topic are a delivery implementation plan and a continuous monitoring toolkit. The implementation plan includes phased delivery roadmap, strategic initiative framework, execution process and roles/responsibilities. The monitoring toolkit is highlighted by initiative scorecard, dashboard and ongoing maintenance process.
